in: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Please notify us if you are planning on a later arrival
to make arrangements. Upon arriving, please enter our registration
office entry. Full payment of
room stay is due at check in.

We
accept cash, Visa and Mastercard credit cards for easy
payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
An additional PA 6% room tax and 3% lodging tax are added to room rates.

Certain
rooms can accommodate additional person(s) with a rollaway bed and
breakfast for an additional $15.00 per person.
Pet
policy: Though we occasionally have our Golden Retriever in residence
and our faithful guard cats, we do not accept guest pets at Willow Pond.
DEPOSITS
& CANCELLATIONS
Room
rates are for one night stays, unless specified.
A
credit card is required to reserve all rooms.
Guest
cancellations are requested no later than 3 days prior to
arrival.
2 weeks prior notice is required for cancellations between April 15 and October 15, during holidays, and for special events.
Short notice cancellations forfeit one night stay.
